Gallanach - Kerrera Ferry

The Kerrera Ferry was the last private lifeline ferry service and was taken over by Calmac in 2017. A new vessel was built specifically for the route and after an island wide consultation, she was named Carvoria, which is cited as a name that the locals used for Kerrera in the 1700's. She can carry up to 12 passengers and a vehicle (residents only) and can make the crossing in under 5 minutes.

Please note that the last scheduled ferry off the island each day is 17:55pm. You can book a 7pm ferry but this must be done 24 hours in advance through the Calmac website.
